What we keep

• Your name, company and contact (mobile or email).
• Your city and number of units, if you give them.
• The page language, the time of the request and the version of this note you agreed to.

We do not keep your device address (IP), and we use no tracking cookies or advertising analytics.

Why

Only to contact you about the Misdaq service, based on the consent you give in the form. We do not sell the details or share them with anyone for marketing.

Where

For now they are kept in a database at Cloudflare, which may be outside Saudi Arabia. Before Misdaq runs with real project data we move the service to hosting inside the Kingdom, and these requests move with it.

To check that the form is sent by a person and not a program, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical details about the browser for that purpose only.

For how long

Until we contact you, and at most 12 months after your request, then they are deleted, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.

Who sees them

The Misdaq team only.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to see your details, correct them, delete them, or withdraw your consent at any time. Ask by replying to our message when we contact you, or send a new request through the form with your request in the company field, and we answer within the time the law sets. A dedicated email address will be added here soon.
